This wine is as dry as they come, with soft and crisp fruit tones of strawberry and melon, bright citrus, and a clean mineral edge keeping the wine bone dry.  If you are a serious dry rose lover then this wine is for you, and great for any occasion.  Try it on its own, or pair it with a Greek inspired Shrimp Santorini.
