Our 2017 Estate Pinot Noir made its mark in the 2020 Sunset Magazine International Wine Competition, our very first Estate Pinot Noir.... Gold medal 92 points and is emerging as an elegant and sophisticated example of Russian River magic. Only now is this wine starting to reveal its lithe and unctuous core as time is proving to be very friendly to this vineyard. The color of Red Rhodolite Garnet, the wine is a little reserved in yielding its complex aromatics. On the palate the finesse starts to show through, crisp cherry notes with tones of redcurrant and subtle spice overtones. Try it with Grilled Tuna Streaks or perhaps a Hungarian Mushroom Soup.
